This BC ABE - Provincial Level biology course focuses on the study of life processes. They are examined from the molecular to the organ system levels. Cell structure and function is studied microscopically and with respect to its biochemistry. The majority of the course concerns itself with human anatomy and physiology with an in-depth study of selected organ systems. These systems are studied macroscopically with functional aspects examined at the molecular level.
