This course builds on Physical Education Development for Public Safety I and further develops fitness and lifestyle management requirements specific to the field of public safety. Learners will apply knowledge related to nutrition, stress management, physical aptitude to physical fitness methods to improve on weight training, anaerobic, aerobic and cardio-vascular capabilities.
