This course introduces learners to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint through two integrated units. The subject matter encourages learners to approach technology and data with relational accountability for Community well-being and an awareness of multiple knowledge systems. Learners strengthen their practical skills by showcasing their knowledge through experiential and active learning by recognizing, implementing, analyzing, and facilitating solutions to real-world problems using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The Microsoft Excel curriculum develops learners' proficiency in managing, analyzing, and visualizing data. Learners organize and validate data by applying advanced functions to create PivotTables, explore hypothetical scenarios, automate repetitive tasks with macros, and design informative charts for effective decision-making. The PowerPoint curriculum equips learners with the skills to create, design, and deliver professional presentations.
