This course explores Indigenous leadership grounded in cultural integrity, relational accountability, and ethical authority. Learners reflect on their personal values and leadership practice while examining the central role of trust in Indigenous leadership philosophies within complex governance and organizational settings. Through case studies and applied analysis, learners prioritize a variety of traditional and culturally relevant values and knowledge systems to critically engage with ethical challenges in intergovernmental, cross-cultural, and political environments.
