In this course, students will conduct a thematic study of the literary works of at least three contemporary First Nations authors. Experimenting with some of the paradigms of literary critical analysis (e.g., feminism, post-colonialism), students will write three essays on short stories, a novel, and poems to identify and analyze what they discern to be the recurring social and political themes of the writers in question. 2025/01/07-2025/04/15 Lecture Tuesday 09:00AM - 12:00PM, Burnaby Main Building, Room 103
