2. Ask Away

AskAway 

A library chat service through which learners can ask a question and receive a real-time response from library staff. Communication occurs via live chat and offers help that is similar to help offered at library reference desks.  Ask Away can help with: research for your assignments, brainstorming keywords, accessing print and electronic materials, evaluating sources, navigating databases, citing sources and other library-related topics.
To access ASK AWAY Go to the NVIT.ca , go to the Student Services Tab, Go to Library under that tab.  It will take you directly to the ASK AWAY page.
